PolarPuffin brings together a hotel's reviews from Google, TripAdvisor and Booking and tells it every week the smallest, cheapest and quickest changes that will do most for its guests, with the reviews that prove it. It is a product of Polargate (POLARGATE S.L., Madrid).

- In PolarPuffin, a change is a concrete action done by a named role, in days rather than months, at a small cost and backed by reviews.
- Reviews are read by Claude, from Anthropic, in their original language. The code calculates every figure in the report, never the AI.

- PolarPuffin plans: Hotel $79 and Hotel Pro $149 a month per hotel, excluding VAT, with no minimum term. Billed yearly, 20% less: $63 and $119 a month.
- For groups of 3 or more hotels, PolarPuffin has custom pricing, from $99 a month per hotel billed yearly.
- PolarPuffin charges in euros on its Spanish website and in US dollars on its English website, with the same number.
- PolarPuffin can be tried free for 30 days, with no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
- The PolarPuffin report arrives every Monday by email and is also in the hotel's PolarPuffin account, in the browser.
- PolarPuffin does not promise a higher hotel score: it gives an estimate with its method.
