What we saw on their pages
All three publish a price. TrustYou and MARA charge per hotel a month, and TrustYou bills annually. All three analyse topics or sentiment and reply with AI.
Replying with AI no longer sets anyone apart: Gemini can draft replies in Google Business Profile since June 2026 (Hack and Grow).
What PolarPuffin does
It does not hand you a list of topics: it gives you small changes with who does them, what they cost and the reviews asking for them, then checks whether they worked. Replies mention what your hotel has fixed.

If you want rule-based automatic replies or a link to your PMS, MARA goes that way. If your reviews are mostly on Google and you have many locations, Semrush Local costs less. If you already work with annual contracts and guest surveys, TrustYou includes them.
