What GuestRevu is and who it is for

GuestRevu is a guest feedback and online reputation tool for hospitality. According to its website, it sends surveys before, during and after the stay, brings reviews from more than 40 sites into one dashboard (its pricing page says more than 20 sources on Pro+), drafts AI replies and benchmarks the hotel against its competitors. It says it analyses data for more than 10,000 properties in over 100 countries.

Its pricing page sorts plans by the size of the property. This is what it publishes as of 23 October 2026:

GuestRevu has no long-term contract: you can cancel at any time and it refunds unused months. Paying for the year in advance gives two months free.

When it makes sense to look elsewhere

GuestRevu is a good fit if you want surveys and reviews in one place at a low price. Other options are worth a look in these cases:

• You want AI replies or more than three review sites without moving to Pro+. In GuestRevu AI replies are included on Pro+, which is quoted by hotel size, and are also sold as a paid add-on (it does not publish the price or which plans can add it); more than three sites only come with Pro+. Compare that quote with the published prices in the table below.
• You want to post replies from the tool on several sites. MARA says it posts in one click to Google, Booking.com, Expedia and TripAdvisor.
• You do not want a dashboard; you want to know what to change in the hotel. If what is missing is deciding what to fix first and then checking whether it helped, that is what PolarPuffin does.
• You are a large group and need many sources and languages. Shiji ReviewPro reads reviews from dozens of sources in 45 languages and has an index to benchmark against the market.

If you are looking for something cheaper than GuestRevu Core, the honest answer is that none of the tools on this page publishes a lower price, and GuestRevu Lite is free.
