What ReviewPro is and who it is for

Shiji ReviewPro is the online reputation software of the Shiji group, which also makes hotel property management systems (PMS). Its official website says it is used by more than 60,000 hotels in over 150 countries and has been around for 25 years. It is aimed at hotels, resorts, B&Bs and vacation rentals, from 10-room boutiques to multinational chains.

According to its website, as of 23 October 2026, ReviewPro brings together:

• Review management: reviews from Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia and dozens of other sources in one inbox, with sentiment analysis and filters by source, language and property.
• Global Review Index (GRI): its own score that combines reputation across platforms and updates several times a day, alongside the Competitive Quality Index (CQI) for benchmarking against competitors.
• Guest surveys at any point of the stay, by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
• AI replies, including bulk replies, with a person reviewing before anything is posted.
• Case management: turns a complaint into a task, assigns it and escalates it if it is not resolved.
• Custom reports and dashboards, plus PMS and CRM integrations.

ReviewPro does not publish prices: the only route its website offers is to request a demo.

When it makes sense to look for a ReviewPro alternative

ReviewPro is a full platform, built for a team that works on reputation every day. Some hotels are looking for something else:

• You want to see the price before talking to anyone. ReviewPro is sold after a demo; TrustYou, GuestRevu, Customer Alliance, MARA and PolarPuffin publish their prices.
• You run a small hotel and will not use everything. If you will not send surveys, manage cases or track an index against the market, a simpler tool may be enough.

Because ReviewPro does not publish its price, nobody can say from public data how much cheaper each alternative is. What you can compare is the entry price each one publishes:

The cheapest plan is not always comparable: each tool's entry plan does a different job. GuestRevu Core and MARA Lite focus on replying and on surveys or automation; PolarPuffin Hotel does not reply to reviews but tells you what to change in the hotel every week.
